手羽元が安売りしてたので～全部使っちゃった！

今回は高圧力鍋（ワンダーシェフ）を使用したので、強火でピンがふれたら弱火にして5分、そしたら火を止めて自然冷却。
調味料にはにんにくを追加し、最後はとことん煮詰めてしっかりタレを絡めました。
おいし～！

骨を除いて身をほぐしてあげました～
翌日朝ごはんはパンに乗せてチーズ乗せて照り焼きチキンピザトースト。
大好評。

I used a high pressure cooker named "Wonder Chef."
Boil it at high heat and when the weight moves, turn the heat low and wait for about 5 minutes.
Stop heating and cool it down naturally.
I added 1 clove of garlic in the seasonings.
Boil it until the sauce thickens.
Yummy!!!
*For my son*
Removed the bone of chicken and cut it into small-sized.
On our following breakfast, I stuffed the chicken and cheese on a pc of bread and made teriyaki chicken pizza toast. He liked it so much!

皮は市販のものですけどね。
あと焼くときは油をひかずに焼ける特殊なアルミホイル使用。
見栄えは悪いけど健康には良いのだ！！！

I used a special aluminum foil which prevents the food from sticking.
So it's healthy!
It may look ugly though.

昨日は1歳半健診でした。
体重は平均、身長は上限ぎりぎり。
相変わらずでかい。
他の子と比べてどんなもんかと態度を見てたけど、意外にもおとなしくて、歯磨きチェックとかもおとなしーくされてた。
かと思いきや。
その後久々に支援センター行ったけど、他の子が使ってるおもちゃを奪い取って遊び始めたり、公園に行っても他の子が使っている水道の前に割り込み。
こっち使いなよ!って言ってもこれは俺のだ！使うなー！とばかりに叫びよる…
これはあれか、魔の二歳児の序章って感じか。
年上の子たちを見てきたから、そういう時期なんだなと思えるけど、でも母親の立場としてはよその子にひたすら謝るっていう面倒さがついてきますなぁ…
従兄の子とはしょっちゅう物の取り合いしてて、身内だから適当にあしらえるけど、よそ様の子だと超気を使うわぁ…
これがもっとエスカレートしてイヤイヤ期も始まって、魔の二歳がやってくるのですな。
ギャー怖いよー！！
Yesterday was my son's 1-year-and-6-month medical check-up.
My son's weight was average, but he is taller than average.
He was tall when he was born, but he is still tall.
I was watching my son's behavior and compared his behavior to other kids, and surprisingly he behaved.
Even during his dental check, he didn't cry.
However.
When I took him to the child support center after the medical check-up, he grabbed a toy from another kid and played with it.
Even at the park, he cut ahead of another kid who was using the water fountain.
I said to him to use another toy or water fountain, but he screamed like everything was his!!
Oh geez...
Is this the beginning of the terrible twos?
I've seen my niece and nephew who did the same things before, so I can accept his action is just temporary. But it stresses me to be sorry to other kids and their mothers. I don't care how much my son and his cousin fight over toys, but I have to care if he did the same thing to someone else.
And his waywardness will escalate and the terrible twos is coming!!
Scary!!!
