・鶏のカレーパン粉焼き
・キャベツとキュウリの塩もみ、トマト
・丸茄子の揚げ焼き シソ味噌かけ
・オクラとネギのお吸い物
・ご飯
-Sauteed chicken with curry powder and bread crumb
-Rubbed cabbage and cucumber with salt
-Sauteed eggplant with Japaneses basil and miso sauce
-Okra and green onion soup
-Rice
・鶏のカレーパン粉焼き
鶏もも肉（胸でも可）をそぎ切りにし、酒小匙１と塩胡椒少々をも見込む。
パン粉大匙8、カレー粉小匙1、顆粒コンソメ小匙1、クレイジーソルト小匙1.5（塩胡椒でも可）をボールに入れよく混ぜる。
鶏肉を溶き卵一個にくぐらせ、上記のカレーパン粉を良くまぶし、多めの油をひいたフライパンで揚げ焼きにする。
焦げやすいので弱火～中火で中までしっかり火を通す。

コープでこういう商品が売ってて、自分で作れないかなぁと思ってやってみました。
まさにこういう味！！
本物は多分胸肉。それで作ったらまた随分安くできるなぁ。

-Sauteed chicken with curry powder and bread crumb
Slice 1 pc of chicken (leg or breast) diagonally, and mix 1 tsp of sake and a bit of salt
and pepper.
Mix 8 tbsp of bread crumb, 1 tsp of curry powder, 1 tsp of consomme powder, 1.5 tsp of
Krazy Salt into a bowl.
Rinse the chicken into 1 pc of beaten egg, and dredge the curry breadcrumb.
Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan, and saute the chicken at low to medium heat.
That curry is easily to burn, so do not saute at high heat.
Saute it until it is cooked well.
Wow!!! It was tasty!!!
I've eaten this kind of chicken before, so tried to make it similar at home.
I think the original is chicken breast, so if I use it the cost will be much cheaper than
chicken leg.

Cut it into small-sized.
He really liked it and asked me to eat mine too!
・丸茄子の揚げ焼き シソ味噌かけ
丸茄子を2㎝幅の輪切りにし、格子状に切れ目をいれる。
鍋に多めのごま油を熱し、ナスを両面揚げ焼きにする。
分厚いので途中蓋をして蒸し焼きにするといいです。
別の小鍋に味噌・みりん・砂糖各大匙１、水大匙２、千切りにしたシソ3枚を入れて火にかけ、よく混ぜる。
茄子を皿に乗せ、その上にシソ味噌ダレをかける。
先日帰省した義祖母に教えてもらったレシピ。
おーいしー！！
丸茄子はたまたまいただいたから使ったけど、米茄子でもいいし、普通のナスでもできます。

-Sauteed eggplant with Japaneses basil and miso sauce
Cut 1 pc of big-sized eggplant into 2 wide, and carbonado on a side in a reticular
pattern.
Heat 2 or 3 tbsp of sesame oil in a pan, and saute eggplant each side.
Close the lid and turn the heat low, and steam it.
Slice 3 pcs of Japanese basil.
Put 1 tbsp of miso, mirin, sugar, and 2 tbs of water, and the Japanese basil in a small pot.
Then heat it and mix well.
Serve the eggplant on a dish, and pour the miso sauce on it.
My grand mother-in-law taught me this recipe.
Yummy!
You can make this with any sized eggplant.
I proudly recommend you this recipe.

本日真夜中2時半の出来事。
息子、突然。
「あーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー！！！！！！！」
雄たけびを上げる。
私と旦那は熟睡してた頃をたたき起こされて、もう心臓バックバク！！！
当本人は泣いていたわけではなく、ほんとに突然雄たけびを上げた。
とにかく彼を落ち着かせようとトントンとしてあげたが、なぜか彼は眼をパッチリ開けて、全く怯える様子もなく真っ暗な天井を指さし、
「あっ あっ 。」
…………何がいるっていうんだーーー！！！！！(((゜д゜;)))
マジやめて！！！ママそういうの超嫌だから！！
恐ろしくて天井見れませんでした。
でもなぜか私にがしっとつかまってくるから、とりあえず抱き上げたら、お漏らし… どーん。
これ、ちなみに昨夜11時ころにもしてて、一晩で2回？？？
最近全くお漏らしなんてしてなかったのになぜ？？
とりあえず取り替えて落ち着かせて寝かせました。
あぁ怖かった。
あの雄たけびは最近よくやるようになった。
んまーーー！！！（美味しい）とか、ボーーーー！！！（ボール）とか。
まるで発声練習でもしているかのようなまたいい声でね。
まぁうるさくでかなわんのですが…
真夜中の珍事でした。
2:30am Today.
Suddenly my son screamed,
"AH-----------------------------------------------------!!!!!!!!"
My hubby and I was sleeping deeply at that time, so his voice woke us up and my heart was
beating so fast!!
My son didn't cry at all, he just screamed.
I tried to calm my son down, but he opened his eyes completely and pointed dark ceiling
without any fear, and said
"Ah, ah."
...................What can you see, my son!!!??
OMG!! Please stop doing it!! I hate such a ghost thing!!!!
I couldn't look at the ceiling.
And I held him and then I realized he wet his cloth....
He did it at 11pm last night, too!
I don't know why he did it twice a night because he has not wet his cloth recently.
Anyway I changed his diaper and cloth, and made him asleep.
I was so scared though...
Recently he likes to scream, especially when he says "Yummy------------------!!!!", or
"Boh------------------!!"(ball).
It seems like he practices vocal exercises.
It's so loud voice and noisy for me though.
Well, this is what happened this early morning.
