・豚とブロッコリーのオイスター炒め
・大根ツナマヨサラダ
・エリンギとネギの中華スープ
・ご飯
-Sauted pork and broccoli with oyster sauce
-Daikon radish and tuna mayo salad
-Eringi mushroom and green onion chinese soup
-Rice
豚とブロッコリーのオイスター炒め
・豚こま肉 200g
・塩胡椒 少々
・酒 小匙1
・片栗粉 小匙1
・ブロッコリー 1/2株
・玉ねぎ 1/2個
・酒 大匙１
・オイスターソース 大匙２
・塩 小匙1/2
・片栗粉 小匙１
・水 50cc
豚こま肉に塩胡椒と酒小匙１をもみ込み、片栗粉小匙１をまぶす。
ブロッコリーは子房に切り分け、玉ねぎは一口大に切る。
ブロッコリーはレンジで約2分ほど蒸しておく。
フライパンに油少々ひき（分量外）、玉ねぎを炒め透き通ったら豚肉を加えて焼く。
色が変わったらブロッコリーを加え、残りの調味料を加えてさっと混ぜ合わせる。
炒めすぎるとブロッコリーがぼろぼろになるので注意！
*息子用*
小さく刻んであげました。
やっぱりこういうお味がお好き。
Sauted pork and broccoli with oyster sauce
-200g of sliced pork
-A pinch of salt and pepper
-1 tsp of sake
-1 tsp of starch
-1/2 pc of broccoli
-1/2 pc of onion
-1 tbs of sake
-2 tbss of oyster sauce
-1/2 tsp of salt
-1 tsb of starch
-50cc of water
Mix pork and salt, pepper, and 1 tsp of sake.
Dredge with starch.
Cut broccoli and onion into bite-size.
Put the broccoli in the microwave for about 2 mins.
Put a bit of oil in a pan, and saute onion until it becomes transparent.
Add pork and saute until it becomes light brown.
Mix in broccoli and other seasoning.
Don't saute too much because the broccoli is soft.
*For my son*
Cut them into small size.
He liked them.
大根ツナマヨサラダ
・大根 15cm
・塩 適量
・ツナ 1缶
・マヨネーズ 大匙２
・からしチューブ 1cm
・小ネギ お好みで
大根は千切りにし、塩もみしてよく水気を切る。
ツナ缶は油を切る。
ボールに大根、ツナ、マヨネーズ、からしを混ぜ合わせ、皿に盛りあれば小ネギを散らす。
*息子用*
小さく刻んで。
Daikon radish and tuna mayo salad
-15cm of daikon radish
-A pinch of salt
-1 can of tuna
-2 tbs of mayo
-1 cm of mustard paste
-Moderate amount of green onion
Cut the daikon radish into strips, sprinkle it with salt.
Set is aside for a few minutes and squeeze it in order to remove the juice.
Remove the oil from the tuna.
Mix daikon radish and tuna, mayo, and mustard in a bowl.
Place on the serving dish and sprinkle green onions if you have.

Cut them into small sizes.

息子、ついに水疱瘡診断受ける… ぎゃー！！
予防接種打ってないから広がるかもって。ぎゃー！！
明け方すごく熱高くて、寝つき悪くてかわいそうで。
40度も出てた。
こんなに高く出たの初めて。うーかわいそう。。
そして機嫌がめっちゃ悪い。ぎゃー！！
頑張れ母。
こんなのきっと長い育児の序の口だ。うん。笑
My son is diagnosed with chicken pox, which I already suspected at first!!
He hasn't had his Varicella (Chickenpox) Vaccine, so his condition will be worse compared to kids who had the vaccine.
His fever was so high during midnight.
As a result, he couldn't sleep well.
His body temperature reached 40 degrees.
It's the highest fever for him ever.
Poor him...
And.... yes he is in bad mood!!
Go for it, mom!!!
This is just the beginning of loooong childcare!
