ニラ饅頭って初めて作った！
レシピ参考にしたけど、餃子と何が違うのかと思ったら、キャベツとニンニク入ってなかったー。
にんにくはレシピによるのかもしれないけど。
キャベツがなくて肉とニラだけ！
包み方に戸惑ったけど美味しかったです。
肉肉しい（笑）のがニラ饅頭、ちょっとヘルシー？？なのが餃子ということで…
This is the first time I made Chinese chive steamed bread!
I didn't know what ingredients are in and what is difference between steamed bread and jiao-zi.
I knew the Chinese chive does not include cabbage and garlic.
The main ingredients are only pork and Chinese chive!
The wrapping method is a bit awkward, but the taste was good.

ベーコン塩じゃが
・厚切りベーコン 10枚
・じゃがいも 中3個
・玉ねぎ 中1個
・塩 小匙1/2
・鶏がらスープ 小匙1
・酒 小匙２
・油 小匙１
・水 適量
・黒胡椒 適量
じゃがいもは1個を八等分。
玉ねぎは薄切りに。
フライパンに油を熱し、ベーコンをいため、玉ねぎを加えて炒める。
じゃがいもを加え、ひたひたに水を入れる。
黒胡椒以外の調味料を加え、じゃがいもが柔らかくなるまで煮る。
最後に強火にして水分を飛ばし、皿に盛り、黒胡椒をふって完成。
Boiled salty bacon and potato
-10 pcs of thick-sliced bacon
-3 pcs of middle-size potato
-1 pc of middle-size onion
-1/2 tsp of salt
-1 tsp of chicken stock
-2 tsp of sake
-1 tsp of oil
-Moderate amount of water
-Moderate amount of black pepper
Cut each potato into 8.
Slice onion.
Heat oil and saute bacon, and add onion and saute.
Add potato and pour in water enough to cover the ingredients.
Add seasonings except black pepper and boil until the potato becomes soft.
Extract water at high heat and place in a serving dish.
Sprinkle black pepper.

I took the train about 30 minutes today.
Even he woke up during our commute, he was in a good mood and I didn't have to give him a snack.
That was nice!
