29 years old female patient with blepharoptosis (droopy eyelids). She also had puffy eyelids. I performed levator aponeurosis advancement (standard operation for blepharoptosis) with ROOFectomy (resection of Retro-Orbicularis Oculus Fat) because her droopy eyelids were not caused only by the defect of the aponeurosis but also the thickness of the ROOF. These are the before / after photos in chronological order. Before, 1 week after the operation, 1 month, 6 months with make-up (top to bottom).
