When this happened, I was with my mouth open for the next 15 minutes and crying! Terrific scene.
This scene made me laugh and cry at the same time, no seriously, I laughed and cried, not other movie could ever do that to me before.
Nineteen bucks? Are you kidding? YouTube you've changed and not for good.
Some of the best dialogue Ive ever heard. Gave me goosebumps.
I still think sometimes how could this have gotten so messed up. Whole speeches were being made🤦🏽♀️.
I honestly cried during this scene.
An excellent movie.
I agree with the ending. I expected a little more myself. All in all, awesome movie and love Frances McDormand.
Why did the people backstage let the entire cast and crew get on stage before saying anything. Omg he got through his speech and everything.
The cringiest part was a year later when they kept bringing it up ironically like “oops lol everyone makes mistakes” youre supposed to be better than that.
5:43 that was the most beautiful hug I've ever seen in my life 😭😭😭.
“We lost by the way.” -Everybody laughs. LMFAOOOOO😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂🤦♂️🤦♂️.
Vietnam War was a lie. 911was a lie. Killing Kennedy was a lie, what is next, ET.
Winner of 6 Oscars including Oscar Winning Mistake Picture: La La Land
You don't waste no time at all, don't hear the bell but you answer the call, it comes to you as to as all, we are just waiting for the hammer to fall.
Love this scene.
I respectfully disagree with you. Lately Ive been seeing a lot of movies either getting excellent or horrible reviews. This movie should have been in the “just okay” category. One thing I agree with is yes Frances McDormand was a scene stealer and definitely deserved her Oscar nomination, but there were parts of the movie were very basic. While the sequence of events that happen were unexpected and caught me off guard, everything that happened was laughably cliche. Spoiler alert Scenes of man shooting himself because he has terminal cancer, billboards burning down, police station burning down, cheating husband shows up with young girlfriend, son trying to protect mother from abusive father by putting a knife to his throat, suspect intimidating victims mother by paying her a visit at her workplace, suspect bragging about killing his victim, and the list goes on. And I guess the message in the ending of the story was rapists deserve to be murdered even if they didnt commit the crime in this narrative but racist cops who send guys to the hospital and torture black people deserve our sympathy and second chance because they paid the price by getting burnt? Its a really adolescent way of looking at the world and shows no depth. Sorry B- from me.
I think this is a great scene but come on, how do these two people end up in a room together? The hospital obviously knows both their names. Are you telling me no one happened to watch the news and find out the name of the person who beat up Red? How to you put an abusee and their abuser in the same room together? How do you overlook that.
Why doesn't the description read, Bonnie and Clyde pull off one last heist.
1:47 he was like is Emma Stone a movie.
I actually think in this situation the Academy could have let both movies win. Both were brilliant great modern masterpieces...
6:19 lol me when that happened.
I did not come in this world alone, cause my mom was there. And I'm not going out of it alone, cause you were there is one of the greatest quotes ever.
For me, the most interesting part was definitely character development. Many characters were not super likable, and for a majority of the movie there was no real protagonist. Every character had their flaws unlike the perfect protagonists of so many other films. It made everything feel so much more real.
I remember watching it live. OMG but also. at least it confirms that oscar winners dont know beforehand that they won.
So it's three years later. And I already know this incident happened. But I did not watch the scene. The name gets announced. They are called upon the stage. They start their acceptance speech. In the meantime ME: sweating profusely When are they gonna correct the name? 😰😰😰.
Poor kid is actually a kind hearted soul.
The real winner of Best Cinematography is the camera operator that got the shot at 4:40.
I wont have that.
