Red Baron 映画「レッドバロン」イメージソング（多分）
CGに依る第1次大戦機（って事は、基本的に木製枠組み羽布張り構造の複葉機及び三葉機(*1)>）の再現と空中戦が美事な（イヤ、人間ドラマの厚みも、忘れてはいけないんだが。）映画「レッドバロン」の紹介は既に記事にしたが、下掲するのはそのイメージソング（映画では使われていないと思うから、サントラではない。）の歌詞とその日本語訳である。曲の方は、典型的なロックで、多分「ヘヴィメタ」とか言う奴なのだろう。
歌詞の方は、映画の主人公でもあるマンフレート・フォン・リヒトホーフェンへの賛歌となっている。そりゃまあ、映画「レッドバロン」のイメージソングとなれば、そうなるわな。

- (*1) 無論、例外もあって、単葉機もあれば、木製モノコック構造もある。鋼管骨組み羽布張り構造は相応に数があるし、極少数ながら金属構造も、あるには、ある。
