ALSと告知されるよりも前の2020年5月頃、万が一、何かで右手が使えなくなったらと思い、マウス操作を右手から左手に変えた。だが、思い起こせば、この時には右手の中指がしっかり動かなかった。
I had changed my hand to operate a mouse from right to left a while before the diagnosis of ALS just in case I cannot use my dominant hand. However I could not control the middle finger of my right hand well at that time.
自分では疲れてたからだろうと思っていた。しかし、こうして思い返すと、いくつかのポイントがあることに気がつく。まだ、軽度のうちにこれらの症状を脳神経内科で診断してもらえれば、進行抑制につながるに違いない。
I thought I was tired and I could not control my hand well. Yet there are some crucial points while I am writing this blog. An advise from me as an ALS patient, please go to Neurology as soon as possible. That's the best way to delay the progression of ALS.
