二つの準備方法が･･････
・15 seconds ADB Installer または 15 seconds ADB Installer から最新版を実行 (ADBバージョンが古い場合有り)
・SDK Platform Tools release notes からADB本体をダウンロードしてc:\直下に展開
環境変数のPathにADBのディレクトリーを登録して終了
Installerの場合は C:\adb
本体の場合は C:\platform-tools
