・日本語の言語パックが導入されているか確認。

よりダウンロードしておく。(事前に本体に日本語が入っているのを導入するのも手)
言語パックをインストールしても希望の言語に変更されていない場合は、
Toolsタブ→Optionsで設定画面を開き、
左側の一覧のEnvironment→International Settingsを開き右側のLangage:の項目を目的の物に変更。
(日本語だとこんな感じ)
Get additional languagesで言語パックの入手出来るサイトに飛べる。
言語を選択すると以下の様な画面が出ますが、再起動したら変更が適用されると書いてあるので再起動を。
