桜はやっと咲きましたね！
YUPIちゃんも花見に行きましたよ
まだちょっと寒いだけど
彼女がマフラーを着ました

I think the infamous Ishihara, the governor of Tokyo, said they would cancel this year's Hanami, because it was not the right time to celebrate, after the catastrophe of the earthquake.
But I think this just the best time, when Japan must celebrate life and rebirth.
