Sumptuous Dinner @ Caffé B, Marina Bay Sands

今日は、私の大好きなお店、Caffé Bでディナーをしました。

ワインは、ウェイターのか方がお勧めしてくださったワイン、FEOTTO dello JATOにしました。飲みやすくて、美味しかったです。

Mushroom soup with sautéed porcini mushroom and foie gras  

Black squid ink tonnarelli with sea urchin and eggplant in a cream sauce

Grilled live Boston lobster served with a fresh sea grass salad and Yuzu citrus butter dressing

今回もすべて、期待していたように、とっても美味しかったです。
サービスも相変わらずとてもよかったです。
