I feel that I should save the fun memories of sushi tour that I did with my friend back in Feb
It was 10 days in total. Where we went was not just in Tokyo but several areas in Japan.
The first sushi restaurant I woudl like to introduce is "Nihonbashi Kakigaracho Sugita", a well-known michelin starred restaurant in Tokyo.
As everyone acknowledges, Chef Sugita is difinitely a top-notch. He always has respect and appreciation towards the food and items that he deals with. All staff follows his way.
It was just an amazing experience
