Something weird
Recently I bought an attaching keyboard for my iPad because it's inconvenient to write a blog using keyboardon iPad's screen. And when I first used it there are some keys that don't work at all so I call the customer support to ask for help. The people on the phone were speaking in Japanese but they have "foreigners" accent. It's very weird for me because the number that I dialed is a phone number here in Japan. And before you speak to the staff there is a guidance recorded that you have to hear first. The lady speak in Japanese and I think she is an Indonesian. After that I spoke to a lady, her name is レイ, she is a Filipino and to be honest she is not a good Japanese speaker but she have very cute voice. The next person I spoke to is a man nameジュン I also think he is a Filipino so I ask them both if they were both Filipinos and they said yes. But the only language that they are allowed to speak are Japanese or English. I can't understand their Japanese very well so I ask them to speak in English. But unfortunately they said that they will replace the keyboard a new one because the one that I bought is broken. After that i figure what is wrong with my keyboard, so i call them again that the keyboard works. It's also weird because they ask me what did I do because they don't know cause of it and don't know the answer. Weird for a customer support!!
