Sleeping Batu

When Batu first came into the house, he doesn't like to get into his cage. but after several times of training, now he like his cage and even like to sleep inside.






how did i trained him? it's easy. never punish him when he is in his cage. and, put some food occasionally inside the cage. then he would know this place is safe and also have nice food.





Batu is a good dog, easy to train and not very noisy.

Nepenthes

This summer i would have three bodyguards to protect me from those mosquitos.

two different kinds of nepenthes...










later i will move these plants into a bigger flowerpot so they could grow bigger and survive through the winter.

Venus Flytrap

It's summer time! the weather in the netherlands is very very nice this week. everyday is sunny. normally the weather in the netherlands is mostly raining or cloudy, only one-fourth of the time in the year are sunny days.

i like summer but i don't like summer. how this happen?in summer there are lots and lots and lots of people out there on the street!
but i hate flies and mosquitos! every time when see or hear a mosquito or a fly around me, he/she's dead!!!.
in summer seems those disgusting things are moving faster than winter...so i have to train myself to move faster also... or...

i bought this... the so-called venus flytrap!!!




later today i'm going to buy another one, a different one, will be introduced later this week.
hope this plant could help me to reduce the number of flies or mosquitos that i could possibly see during the time when i am studying...




i just hate bugs making noise around me when i am fully concentrated on doing something...

Opium Poppy

In the Netherlands there are lots of red poppies on the side of the road. but this time it's the opium poppy.


several years ago i have seen a red opium poppy and it's very beautiful. this time it's the pink-purple one.




shall i consider to grow some cannabis in my garden...? perhaps i would need license for that one...
