To this so-called company.... there is a reason why many people quit and can’t stand the way things are being ran especially with management and the training program. Thetraining program is good but after the training and getting back on the floor trying to use the technique that was given is a complete different feeling and for some people it takes time... but NO expected to SELL, SELL, SELL or PUSH, PUSH, PUSH.... without certain managers training the employees properly.... well, I’m looking elsewhere now forhigher up position.
当ある会社、だから、その何、人が辞めます。特にマネジメントとトレニングプログラムが問題です〜 トレニングプログラムは良いですが、その後が大変です〜 その場で売るのが、とあるテクニックを使って言われていますが、人によって時間がかかります。それでも、違います、売れ、売れ、売れか押せ、押せ、押せです。ただ、とあるマネージャーが会社員を丁寧にトレニング市内と会社員が分かりません。🤦🏻♀️🙈🙉🙊 だから、私は違うお仕事を探しています。マネジメントのポジションが欲しいです。
