-That weird mexican purple tree is a die-hard mutant called Xacaranda and it was first planted by japanese gardener Tatsugoro Matsumoto and his son Sanshiro Matsumoto in 1920's. This was planned to have a simile of Sakura in Mexico

-It blossoms at almost the same time than Sakura, but these wicked trees have flowers almost all the year, so scented and abundant it may paint the asphalt on purple
