♯♭♪ (*^.^*) ： 　Gil Evans 1 2 3 4 / Gil Evans & Ten 　♪ 　♪ 　　トランペト2本、トロンボーン2本、フレンチホルン、アルトサックス、ソプラノサックス、バスーンの多管編成、10名。　　Remember （4:34）*、オリジナルとは違ったゆっくりした微睡むようなテンポ、ホーンが融けあい渋くてとてもいい・ホレボレするサウンド。　　そよ風に誘われつつもおっとりした夢見るようなピアノ、管弦で始まる。　　スティーブ・レイシー（Ss）の個性的な、タラタラとマイペースで噛みしめるように、散歩するような演奏がとりわけ聴き所、これは全編に及ぶ。　　Ella Speed（5:50）、速くて快活、リードの目の覚めるような、精気漲る演奏がすばらしい。　　管のユニゾンで展開される、ベースのボーイングに、弱音ホーンがさらりとリズミックに放射、ピアノがリリックに慇懃な演奏。　　Big Stuff（4:49）、劇音楽風の空間の広がりのある勇壮なゆっくりした曲、ホーンが混じり・融けあい・呼応・綾なすあたりは、しみじみ感じ入ってしまう。　　このアルバムを最も印象付ける曲。　　Nobody's Heart（4:26）、淡い滲んだようなピーチカラーに染まりつつ、緩慢に無彩色に侵される充足の夕空があり、飄々と・おっとりと・ゆっくり吹き抜ける超高層風はとても穏やかで静謐。　　滔々とゆったりと大地・天空の広がりを想わせる、重厚なアンサンブルが美しい。　　ピアノとトロンボーンが見事に歌う、うっとりする響き。　　Just One Of Those Things（4:26）、スティーヴ・レイーシー（Ss）の目眩く・速いソロは、アンサンブルと上手く融けあっており、とても新鮮であり好ましい！。　　心に随喜が走り・満ち渡り、ホク！ホク！と歓喜が興る。　　管弦のオブリガートで颯爽と駆け出す、ピアノも負けじと澄明に歌う。　　If You Could See Me Now （4:18）、タッド・ダメロン（Tad Dameron ）の作品、黄昏れるようでもあるトロンボーンの流麗な憂愁・華麗が聴き応え充分。　　Jambangle（4:57）、ブ ギウギスイング風の快活な曲、ピアノから始まるスティーヴ・レイーシー（Ss）の明瞭・明快な演奏で、たちまち気分爽快に包まれる。　　トロンボーンのソロも楽しめる、ヨロコビのアンサンブルは充足の後ろ姿で閉じる。　　Gil Evans（P.Arr）、S. ＝（・。．・）＝チビちゃんが横殴りにカラカラの朝陽のシャワーの中で遊んでいる。　　近寄ってカメラを向けた。　　本を拡げていると、いつのまにか勉強部屋に入り込み、爪が上手く架かるレースのカーテンによじ登ったり、『ワッ……！！、∞∽∝』はためかせて立ち泳ぎ？！をしたりして遊んでいる。　　耳をピンッ！と起てて目を輝かせている。　　白の尻尾が長い口元にワンポイントがあるキツネ顔のオコジョがやってきて首を長くして覗き込む= （ ¨ 　）=。　　ゼイ！、ゼイ！喉を鳴らしていた大きな茶の三毛が鷹揚に訪ねてくる。

個にして普遍であり模倣を激しく拒む。　　いっそカバーを外してしまえば見つけやすいのだが、活字の延長線の先端にある人生混沌の秘密の情熱としての理性が漂流する場の構築をめざしたいので、ずっとそのままにしてある。　　チクリとピンで心を刺されるそのことを先刻承知であるのでむしろ醒めた、心を『ポ～…ンッ！』と、どこかに放り投げて立ち向かえる爽快がある。　　読んだあとできっと、映画館から出て白昼の痛い光輝を浴びてくらくらするような、午睡から醒めた時のような、『ゴウッ……！』と気圧が希薄になるような裏切りがあり、前頭葉が鈍い疼痛を覚えるので手放しで嬉しくなれないのだ。　　だから手元の本棚に置かない。

Shepp、P・サンダーズそしてＢ・ディクソンと活動を共にしていた、それから、Ｄ・ピューレン、E・ゴメスそしてＭ・グレーブスらと彼自身のカルテットを結成。　　後ほど、Ｄ・バレル、Ｂ・ランカスター、Ｐ・ウォーターズらと演奏を共にしたり、Ｒ・ラッドのアルバムにも参加している。　　Table Suite（5:39）、パキスタンのオーボエを用い、タブラとのサウンドのうわべからの調和を目論む。　　D. Pullen（ P）はプリペイテドピアノ風な（弦を直に弾く）演奏。　　Dance of Satan（5:16）、フリー・フォーム、Ｇ・ローガン（As）は狭い音域に止まった螺旋構造の旋回奏法、Ｍ・グレブス（Ds）は、”ドロ！ドロ！、ゴトン！ゴトン！”した好ましいサウンド（フロアータム）は全編にあり嬉しい。　　Dialogue（7:15）、フリー・フォーム、Ｇ・ローガン（As）は狭い音域に止まった螺旋構造の旋回奏法、Ｄ・ピューレンがＣ・テイラー風の戦慄の感興を打ち鳴らす。　　Taneous（11:47）、フリー・フォーム、Ｇ・ローガン（As）のブローイングの後、Ｄ・ピューレン（P）の全世界を睥睨した畢竟の鋭意に満ちたパワルフなプレイ、さらにＥ・ゴメス（B）の加速・弾劾・沈黙のソロ、Ｍ・グレイブス（Ds）の圧倒的なソロがあり終わる。　　Bleeker Partita（15:24）、親しみやすいメロディーをＧ・ローガン（As）が打ち震える鯵笛を吹く、どこか弱々しく響くサウンドは澄明であり悲嘆に打ちひしがれており、ビブラートは辺りに浸透して消える。　　Ｄ・ピューレンの夢のように美しい新鮮な緑風たなびく明快なサウンドに息を飲む。　　E・ゴメスの弾き（ピチッカート）は、自由にはためき・駆け上がり・急発進・疾走し・推進のパルスを繰り出す。　　G.
