Ex Threatens To Sue Over
The "Fashion Police" comedianne allegedly slams K Stew in the novel, insinuating that the 24 year old starlet only gets movie roles because she sleeps with directors. As Mstars previously reported:

Obviously, Rivers is referring to K Stew's controversial fling with "Snow White And The Huntsman" director, Rupert Sanders. This romantic affair ultimately led to the sad demise of Robsten.
Wonder if R Patz is peeved? He's no longer together with Stewart, but the duo still keep in touch. Some Robsten fans still hope that they'll eventually get back together.

According to TMZ, K Stew's lawyer recently contacted the former Daytime Emmy Award winner, saying they'd sue her for defamation unless Rivers removed her "rude" comments. However, reps for the former "Tonight Show" host insist that in her prologue, Rivers "makes it clear it's all for laughs."
The book (due out sometime next month) may be satirical, but Rivers' comments about Stewart hit pretty close to truth.
Anyway, a source tells the popular gossip webloid that Stewart's people apparently "backed down" there's been no more legal talk since the initial threat.
