Top Ten NFL Quarterbacks
1. (1) Philip Rivers, San Diego Chargers (3 4): Quarterback Rating 108.5 Philip Rivers threw an interception in the end zone with just over three minutes remaining in the game, perhaps costing the Chargers a victory. He completed 22 passes in 29 attempts, which is a completion percentage of 76. He also accumulated a respectable 208 yards, but he fumbled the ball twice. Because of his three turnovers, which ultimately resulted in ten points for the Buffalo Bills, it was not one of Rivers' optimum moments. Rivers faulted himself for the demise, but he should not bear all of the brunt in what was yet another erratic outing for the Chargers.
Rivers has an NFL high 16 touchdown passes and five interceptions. He has completed 124 passes in 194 attempts, which is a completion percentage of 63.9.
The Green Bay Packers defense deserves most of the glory for their 34 14 thumping of the Indianapolis Colts, but Aaron Rodgers continues to impress. Week after week, Packer fans are getting over the loss of Brett Favre. Despite a sprained right shoulder, Rodgers completed 21 passes in 28 attempts, which is a completion percentage of 75. Rodgers' only touchdown pass of the afternoon was a 12 yard completion to tight end Donald Lee. He did not throw any interceptions, nor did he fumble the ball. In this week's rankings, Rodgers benefited from fruitless performances by Drew Brees and Brett Favre, and the pinky injury to Tony Romo.

3. (2) Drew Brees, New Orleans Saints (3 4): 98.5 Quarterback Rating
The Carolina Panthers thwarted Drew Brees and the New Orleans Saints offensive unit. Prior to this game, Brees was enjoying a stellar season, even if the Saints were not. However, he completed 21 passes in 39 attempts, and threw an interception. He did not connect for a single touchdown. It was not a devastating performance by any means; yet, Brees lacked his usual efficiency. To add salt to the wound, running back Reggie Bush will miss the next four weeks due to a left knee injury. 4. (5) Kurt Warner, Arizona Cardinals (4 2): 102.8 Quarterback Rating
Kurt Warner moved up a spot in the rankings despite the fact that he was resting on his bye week. Warner has enjoyed a fabulous season thus far, and for some reason, people are surprised. However, is it that astonishing that a former league and Super Bowl MVP is having a potential Pro Bowl season? I guess it is when he is 37 years old. Warner and Favre are the ageless wonders.

5. (9) Ben Roethlisberger, Pittsburgh Steelers (5 1): 98.1 Quarterback Rating
It was another solid effort for Ben Roethlisberger, as the Steelers dismantled the Cincinnati Bengals 38 10. Roethlisberger threw two touchdown passes with no interceptions, amassed 216 yards by completing 17 passes in 28 attempts. His numbers were not jaw dropping, but he maintains his status as one cheap nfl jerseys of the NFL's most consistent performers, especially when he is healthy.
