Advances in tourism technology are becoming the talk of the industry.

According to the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, in its recent 'Mega Trend Analysis' report released by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), progress in tourism technology has emerged as a shift in demand for tourists, sustainable tourism, and mobility.

The increase in demand and mobility has nothing to do with the progress of tourism technology.

The OECD analyzed that when digital economy, automation, 배팅사이트artificial intelligence, blockchain, virtual reality and augmented reality are secured, more and more people enjoy high-flying trips and have efficient and easy access to their destination and self-satisfaction.

Korea, which was reigning as the ICT emperor, has been highly sought after by Japan, the United States, Australia and Germany in recent years, and has been overtaken in some areas. In the digital tourism sector, there are many areas that surpass Korea's UI technology.

With cross-border tourism being a symbol of peace and becoming a barometer of national prestige, the advancement of tourism technology is more imperative for the Korean tourism industry than any other task.

The 2016 International Tourism Cooperation Forum, hosted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, will be held at the JW Marriott Dongdaemun Hotel on May 26. This is the seventh year.

The theme is also very important for major international organizations such as the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD).

This forum will discuss changes in tourism demand due to the digital switch, jobs, job skills (skills) and other needs in the industry.

Peter Hexton, former chair of the Association for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) Regional Development and Tourism Analysis, introduces evolving demand and the impact of the tourism industry on technology, and Antonio Lopez de Avila.

It will also continue to announce cases of domestic responses due to the digital switching of tourism. Kim Jong-hun, vice president of the Tourism Start-up Association and Yoon Hye-jung, president of the KT Big Data Business Group, will introduce future tourism, technology and real-life cases.

In addition, the forum will disclose and distribute the first Korean translation of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development's "Mega Trend Analysis" report to create a better future for the tourism industry.

We hope the forum will share a new trend in the future tourism market. "We will identify factors that need to be equipped to prepare for the future of our tourism industry amid digital competition, make policy efforts, and cooperate with the industry."

Topics to be announced are the digital changes of tourism, jobs and technology of the era of digital switching: the tourism industry based on AI and the e-market place.
