And say to the believing women

Their modesty; that they
Should not display their
Beauty and ornaments except
What (must ordinarily) appear
Thereof; that they should
Draw their veils over
Their bosoms and not display
Their beauty.
Using this verse,Brautkleid , he pointed out that those who tried to characterize hijab as mere tradition were abusing Islamic principles. Islamic dress does not undermine other people's culture, does not violate anybody's rights,brautkleid billig , does not jeopardize national security or the educational system. Arguing that Islamic injunctions on dress would instead serve as a protection from such evils as rape and fornication, he concluded that those who opposed an Islamic dress code were directly opposing Islam itself ( Marvan Sama-oon 1988).
