My name is Ann and I started crossfit a couple months ago. I am going to use this space and write about the training menu and my reflection after the workout.

For those of you that are not familiar with the word "CrossFit", I will briefly explain it!

CrossFit is pretty much sums up all the training movements for every sports. But to be particular, it consists of two major movements, which are; gymnastics and weight lifting.

The reason why I started crossfit was because I felt bored sometime at the gym sometimes; doing the same routines and it became boring. Crossfit workout menu changes everyday and it's never boring or easy.
I thought it was kind of cultic at first since it has words that I had no idea of and everyone at the gym got along so well but I didn' t understand what they were talking about. But as I use crossfit for workout menu, and got the feeling of accomplishments, I just fell in love with it.

But anyway,
I will talk more about myself and crossfit as I update more posts!
I will start posting after this お盆シーズン!
