Pizza, it seems to be the world's number one favorite food. There are so many different types of pizza, what's not to enjoy? So, here's how to make pizza dough at home to enjoy your favorite combination of toppings. First you need to make sure you have all the ingredients required to make your own dough. These ingredients would be: flour, olive oil, salt, sugar, water, and yeast.

First you want to use the proper flour. All purpose flour will work, but it will not give you the finished product you so desire. The flour that pizzerias use is high gluten flour. This flour can be bought at any bulk food store, or restaurant supply warehouse/store that sells to the general public.

When kneading is completed, place the dough into a large bowl that has been coated with cooking spray, or oil. Turn the dough ball over and coat completely. Cover loosely with wax paper or saran wrap.

Place in a warm place without a breeze (inside the oven works well). Allow the dough to rise until double in bulk, approximately 1 hour.

Once the dough has doubled in bulk, turn out onto a lightly floured cutting board. Cover again with wax paper, let rest for 5-10 minutes. After the dough has rested, begin to shape it by gently pushing outwards into a circle. The thickness of the potato production line crust will vary, depending on each person's desire. Take a fork and gently make indentations all around the dough. (This is to prevent the dough from bubbling up, and creating large mountains). Now your dough is ready to go onto a pizza screen, or cookie sheet. Now Machinery you can top it with whatever toppings you desire. Bake at 500 degrees for 7-8 minutes. Check periodically to see if dough has bubbled, if so then poke bubble with fork and continue to bake.
