We present the training camp “High Performance” , where our focus is to improve the level of performance both physically and emotionally.
Often the dancers are prepared only on the technical details and then to find themselves in the day of the performance to think, instead of to give themselves the opportunities to express their knowledge.
The main focus of this our training camp is to eliminate the gap that often exists between the dancer and performance, this includes also the belief system of the dancer, because we believe it is a key point in order to create an excellent performance.
During our session we will also manage:
The state of the soul of the dancer before and during the performance
How to manage the space area during the performance
How to get in touch with your partner and the audience
The power of celebration
Special guest is the teacher Natalia Korolikhina. She is a high level contemporary dancer, teacher, choreographer and ballet master. Natalia won many international theater festivals-competitions. She also won the important national theatre Award “Golden Mask” , established by the Theatre Union of Russia, supported by the Ministry of Culture of the Russian, the Moscow Government and many other sponsors and partners.
In her intervent, Natalia will talk about the meaning of High Performance and how to achieve it and develop it during the performance.
