コンクリートから冷え込まないように（ヒートブリッジ）、硬質ウレタン吹付厚さ30m/mをしました。 We put in 30 mm of spray foam insulation on the exterior concrete to prevent heat loss.
内部もヒートブリッジになりそうなところに吹き付けました。 We also put foam insulation on the inside where there would likely be heat loss through the concrete.
