I borrowed a comic book named "Riaru" written by
Takehiko Inoue, who is wellknown as the writer of "SLUMDUNK".
It is the 9th volume in the siries, the newest, and
the story is currently on going.
There are two heroes in the story. There were on the same basketball team, though,
one was kicked out of high school because of his bad behavior.
After quitting high school, he gradually changed and began to
discover what he really wanted to do with his life
through talking with a handicaped boy.
Additionally, another hero was a smart but heartless player.
One day, he got in a traffic accident and had to live his life in a wheel-chair.
He became depressed because he couldn't play basketball any more,
but tried to overcome the hardship little by little.
In the story, I guess the writer might want to show that
there is seldom a simple success story in the real world,
but we have to overcome out own hardships.
I was so impressed by the story that I can't wait for the next volume.
