PITTSBURGH, Oct. 24, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Former CIA Director and retired 4-star Army general David Petraeus will keynote the American Middle East Institute (AMEI) annual business conference in Pittsburgh next week. The speech will cap off a daylong event focused on spurring investment and cultural exchange in the Middle East.

The American Middle East Institute's 7th Annual Business Conference will take place in Tuesday, October 28, 2014, in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania at the Fairmont Hotel and historic Carnegie Music Hall.
