なぜスクートなのですか？なぜCAなのですか？
：I’m impressed with Scoot’s new and creative way. I’m passionate about working in service industries. I would love to make people happy to provide my excellent service. I love to make different stories each flight with colleagues from all over the world. Working as a cabin crew is my long dream.
どんなことがCAにとって大変だと思いますか？
：Having stamina and patience are very tough and also important. We need to work in a shift, so we need to have decent rest to be in great condition. We sometimes get complain from passengers. We do need to manage our stress levels. And we need to be open and easygoing because we work with different colleagues each flight.
日本人CAは日本線に多く乗務するが、よいですか？
：I totally don’t mind about it.
