パスポート(原本とコピー3枚)
3. Resident Registration Number card (2 photocopies)
住民票(コピー2枚)
4. Family register (2 photocopies)
戸籍謄本(コピー2枚) ※戸籍謄本 = 戸籍に記載されている「全員」の事項を写したもの
5. TOEIC Official Score Report with test date on or after 6 August 2016 (Original and 1 photocopy)
TOEIC公式スコア証明書※2016年8月6日取得以降のもの(原本とコピー1枚)
6. Highest qualification or degree graduation certificates in English (Original and 2 photocopies)
英文の最終学歴証明書(原本とコピー2枚)
7. Permanent Address Proof in Japan (2 photocopies)
戸籍謄本(コピー2枚) ※日本人は2番と同様戸籍謄本で良いかと思います。2番と重複しますので、計4枚用意しましょう。
8. Proof of relevant work experience (Original and 2 photocopies)
職歴証明書(学生の方はアルバイト)は、それを証明するもの(原本とコピー2枚)
9. 3 passport photos
パスポート仕様の写真を3枚
10. 2 Hard copies of your updated resume
WEBエントリー時にアップロードした英文履歴書を2枚
11. HKID card (if any – Original and 2 photocopies)
香港IDカード ※ある方のみ。日本人は基本的に不要です。
Failure to provide the above documents may result in your application being deferred.
上記書類の提出に漏れがある場合、選考が保留になる可能性がございます。

Kindly be reminded that you might be required to attend a pre-employment medical examination check on an assigned day from 16 August 2018 onwards in Tokyo.
8/16以降に東京にて、健康診断を予定しております。
Lastly, kindly double check whether you are Japanese National or Special Permanent Resident Certificate Holder as it is one of our pre-requisites for your application.
