英語での質問では英語そのものの流暢さを見ているというより
いきなり英語で質問された際の反応を見ていると思いました。
回答が短くてもとにかく笑顔で（大切です！）簡潔に答えることが出来れば大丈夫です

It's curry and rice.
I can season it whatever I would like to add, like soy sauce or natto.
For example, I can add more spice when I would like to have spicy one.
Evey home has its own taste, that's one of interesting points for curry and rice.

I love shisi.
I don't know why I love shisi so much, maybe I am Japanese, that is the reason I guess.
I recommend shisi for my friend who is from Australia.
She became a big fan of shisi any second.

I like soba most.
Soba is very healthy food, it's one of the best Japanese food.
I can have soba even for every meal.

My favorite food is fish dish that my mother makes for my family.
The taste is just my taste.
Every time I go back to my home town, she makes it for me.
I look forward to this dish very much.
