1. Prepare hot water in a chinese pan.
中華鍋に、お湯を用意します。
2 . Set up a parchment paper into the pan.
　耐熱オーブンシートを中に配置します。
3 . Pour some yolks onto the paper.
　何個かの黄身を、その耐熱シートの上に注ぎます。

( お湯が紙の上に無いと、黄身がくっつきます )

You can confirm the consistency of egg yolk.

卵黄の固さを確認できます。

4 . Place cover on pan and steam for 1 or 2 minutes.
　フタをして、１、2分間、蒸し煮します。
5 . Add on white egg onto yolks.
白身を黄身の上に加えます。
6 . Again, you boiled eggs for arbitary minutes.
　再び、任意の時間、煮ます。

I added on sausages, too.

ソーセージも加えてみました。

7 . Taking care not to overcook, remove from the heat and place it on a draining sieve basket.
加熱し過ぎない内に火からおろし、
水切り用のザルに移します。
8 . Add a pinch of salt and citric acid, and 10cc of mayonnaise
and chopped onion, then cut coarsely, and serve!
ひとつまみの塩とクエン酸 ( ← 防腐効果 ) と、
10 cc のマヨネーズと刻んだ玉ねぎを加え、
