and uhmm.. As pico released its notice of closing on December 17, 2012, most of the pico players decided to move to pigg not to lose the friendship they had in pico and continue having fun with them on pigg. 
How to create a pigg account
1. Go to Ameba Pigg
NOTE: Click the images if you want to view it larger but open in NEW TAB.
2. Sign up for a pigg character. (Use google chrome, it would help, it translates japanese)
3. Input an email adress.
4. Now, check your email. You will receive a registration info from ameba pigg.
5. Click the link provided by ameba pigg in the email that was sent to you.
6. You will be directed to the new users form.
7. Confirm the information you input in the form.
8. Start costumizing your pigg now!!!
The following steps in starting a pigg account is just the same in pico, so even if you don't understand what chloe was talking about, just skip it and do the usual thing you were doing in pico.
