日本人なので蕎麦が好きです。で、なんとミャンマーでも蕎麦を栽培、麺を作っています。ミャンマーでは以前は麻薬の原料となるケシの実が栽培されていました。麻薬撲滅を目的にJICAがケシの代替作物として蕎麦を導入したのが経緯です。いまやミャンマー産の蕎麦や蕎麦焼酎が市場に出ています。でもね、あんまうまくない
さて、今日はこの曲。甘いあまーいバラード

邦題は「渚の誓い」。この曲はBillboard誌で1983年10月に3週間、最高2位を記録しました。先日ご紹介したINXSと同様、オーストラリアからのバンドで、この曲は彼らが1983年にリリースした「Greatest Hits」に収録されてました。彼ら、Albumジャケットに海を多用してたのが特徴
もうバラード・キングと言っていいほど甘いバラードのヒット曲多し。もうどの曲も甘すぎで、中三男子には識別できませんでした・・・
唯一この曲は覚えとります。今聴くとStarshipのMickey Thomasか、StyxのDennis DeYoungがBonnie Tylerの曲を歌ってるみたい
でもってPVを久々に観ましたが・・・、オーストラリア版クリスタル・キングに見えてきた・・・

This song got 3 weeks No.2 on Billboard Magazine in October of 1983. They came from Australia as INXS, and this song was cut from their album “Greatest Hits”. They always used a picture of ocean for album jackets.
You can say they were Ballad King because of so sweet ballad song. All of their songs were sweet and mellow ballad, so I, 15 years old could not distinguish each songs. I remember only this song. This song was like that Mickey Thomas of Starship or Dennis DeYoung of Styx was singing Bonnie Tyler’s song.
It was sweet power ballad song, try this song.
