Apple, Google fall off list of top-10 br

Apple Top Brand ListTech industry leadersandhave fallen off of YouGovs BrandIndex top-10 Buzz Rankings list in the U.S., which rates the top companies in America by brand perception.The firm recently published its mid-2013 rankings and found that Ford jumped from No.6 in 2012 to the top spot with a score of 31, while Amazon is now ranked second among all brands in the U.S. with a score of 29.9. In fact, the only other technology brands to place in the top-10 were YouTube at No.8 and Amazons Kindle brand, which came in at No.9 with a score of 23.7. Kindles ranking may improve further as Amazon, according to a recent . Also of note,ranked higher than it has in two years with a score of 5.3. While it didnt come close to ranking in the top-10, this is at least a good sign that the companys marketing efforts are paying off in some ways.
