Born in 1972, Mr. Ushiroda is known as a professional in kikubari (paying careful attention to other people or consideration of others’ feelings) who works for a large advertising agency and uses great deal of his “Kikubari technique that anyone could use”.

He has met and talked with more than 3,000 VIPs, including presidents of companies listed in the first section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, CEOs of global businesses, politicians, medical doctors, lawyers, university professors, renowned actors and actresses, authors of million-selling books, and the best creators in the world.

He has gained an established reputation for his unique “Kikubari technique that anyone could use,” by combining his refined skills through socializing with these VIPs, for whom especially careful attention is required with his real life experiences acquired on the frontlines of business in Tokyo, Nagoya, and Osaka. Actively using this technique for sales activities of new business, he has succeeded in acquiring 72.6% of new customers through unannounced visits as well as in negotiating business deals for contracts of over 3 billion yen in total.
