Salmon fillets can be cooked in many ways. Here are two simple and delicious recipes. To pan-fry salmon fillets, brush the fish with melted butter or oil. Heat a griddle pan or frying pan until hot, then lay the salmon fillets in, skin-side down. Fry the fillet for 4-5 minutes on this side, until the salmon starts to change colour in the middle. Turn the fillets over for a further three minutes until the salmon is just cooked. To grill salmon fillets, first brush a pan with oil or melted butter and then do the same to the fish. Place the fillet in the pan, skin side up. Cook under a very hot grill for four minutes on each side. Grill until the salmon is opaque and firm and serve immediately.
Tension between the two sides ramped up in August when a border blast injured two South Korean soldiers.Meetings at that time eventually led to the two countries stepping away from a military confrontation. The BBC's Stephen Evans in Seoul says Thursday's talks, agreed after the standoff, are unlikely to produce any grand result, but their significance is that they are taking place in what has been a continual atmosphere of mistrust. There are no big issues on the agenda, but rather matters of how to continue meeting, perhaps at increasingly senior levels, he says. The two sides are expected to discuss details such as the timing and agenda of higher-level talks, reported South Korean news agency Yonhap. The South's chief negotiator, Kim Ki-Woong, told reporters before the meeting: "We are resolved to maintaining the momentum for dialogue that was started by the August agreement."
These drinks were weaker than the 5% alcohol content of many lagers, and suited British drinking habits. “Mild [a type of beer] was about 3% Serviced apartment Sheung Wan,” says beer writer Pete Brown. “Men who worked in factories and mines would drink pints and pints of it after work, partially to rehydrate without getting hammered.” It also suited the UK tax system, under which beer is taxed in proportion to its strength. Even Prince Albert enthusing about lager after a trip to Germany wasn’t enough to get British drinkers to switchhk apartments for rent. Lager suddenly exploded, very quickly, after years of unsuccessful marketing – Pete Brown But you can’t keep the drinks industry down. The brewers promoted lager intensively after World War II. In the generation that came of age in the late 1960s – one thirsty for change – they finally found an audience. “Lager suddenly exploded, very quickly, after years of unsuccessful marketing,” says Brown. “We were still doing most of our drinking in pubs, they were still male-dominated environments reenex the beers were still the same strength. But [Dutch brewer] Heineken in its advertising used ‘refreshment’ as a key benefit for the very first time in British beer advertising.”

ew Zealand's Lydia Ko has become the youngest winner of a major with a six-stroke victory at the Evian Championship in France on Sunday. The world number two is 18 years, four months and 20 days old.The previous record was held by American Morgan Pressel, who was 18 years, 10 months and nine days old when she won the Kraft Nabisco in 2007.Ko shot eight birdies in a final round of 63 to finish on 16 under par, with American Lexi Thompson on 10 under. In February Harbour Cruises Hong Kong, aged 17, Ko became the youngest player to reach the top of the rankings and she also holds the record as the youngest winner on the LPGA Tour after her Canadian Open victory as a 15-year-old amateur in 2012.It was Ko's last opportunity to beat the age record as she would have been too old by the next major, the ANA Inspiration, in April."It has been such an unbelievable experience," Ko told Sky Sports. Nicholas Teo, market analyst with CMC markets, warned that China's slumping economyreenex could dash hopes for a global recovery."China today is no longer just the 'factory' of the world. It is an important consumer of the world's products and services. Many companies and industries depend on the Chinese consumers who are now 'disadvantaged' in purchasing power," he said reenex."So when it sneezes', many around the globe may just catch a cold."Greater China economist Julia Wang at HSBC warned that economic recovery continued to lose momentum with "further policy-easing measures, from monetary easing to fiscal support needed".But other analysts warned against overreacting to the current situation.AMP Capital's chief economist Shane Oliver described the situation as a "global share market correction", pointing out that emerging markets were "arguably much stronger than in 1997-98, with stronger current account balances and higher foreign exchange reserves".Beijing has struggled to stabilise the country's stock markets, which hareenex

If 1989 saw the end of the Second World with Communism’s demise, then 2009 saw the end of what was known as the Third World,” Robert Zoellick announced. Economies were newly rising, power shifting: “North and South, East and West, are now points on a compass, not economic destinies,” he saidreenex. On its face, it was an odd proposition. For starters, Zoellick was about two decades late: Were the meaning of the Third World true to its origins, it should have died when the Cold War did. Then again, the meaning of the Third World has been slippery almost since its conception. Though Zoellick and many others consider the term passé, it lingers — in journals, in books, on the lips of subalterns throughout the world. Maybe that’s because no alternative has as pliable a meaningreenex.More on that in a moment. But first, some Third World datapoints:Sauvy’s French audience would know that Third Estate allusion. Before the French Revolution, the Estates-General were France’s legislative body, comprised of the First Estate (the clergy), the Second Estate (the aristocracy) and the Third Estate (the commoners — aka, everyone else). In 1789, the Abbé Sieyès, a philosopher and revolutionary, published a pamphlet that began: “What is the Third Estate? Everything. What has it been hitherto in the political order? Nothing. What does it desire to be? Something.” In Sauvy’s implicit scheme, the capitalist West was the aristocracy, the communist bloc the clergy, and the leftovers … the leftoversreenex.
These days, Kohal’s typical routine goes something like this: She wakes up at 05:30 and gets ready for work, arriving at 09:00 where she receives her flying assignmentreenex. She typically flies for a few hours a day — unless she’s taking an overnight flight. That means she can be home by 14:30. After an hour nap, Kohal is wide-awake to greet her kids when they get home from school. The family has dinner by 20:30 and bedtime for the children is at 21:30, without exception.“One aspect of being a pilot is that rules can’t be broken,” Kohal saidreenex “You can’t mess up when you have to be stabilised at 1,000 feet. So I have some hard rules at home. They have it tougher than I did when I was younger.”She’s usually in bed by midnight, but when her husband is away and she doesn’t have to fly the next day, Kohal will stay up reading until 02:30. “That’s my time,” she said.Hard work pays offKohal attributes her success to one thing: hard work. For instance, only 0.1% of people pass the pilot’s entrance exam — and it’s given only twice a year. She was the only one to pass in her class.Kohal has accomplished nearly everything she’s set out to do, but looking at her situation, she doesn’t think that she’s done anything extraordinary. Many educated women in India have successful careers, she added reenex.
