・2 passport pictures

・passport

・birth certificate

・federal individual tax return for the most recent 3 years

・W-2/1099 for the most recent 3 years

・paystubs for the most recent 3 months

・federal corporate tax return for the most recent 3 years only if you own a business

・documents from the joint suponsor only if you need a joint sponsor



ワタシが必要なもの（Eビザ保持者）

・6 passport pictures

・medical exam report

・passport

・visa stamp only if you have received a U.S. visa before

・front and back of I-94

・I-20(s) that have ever been issued if applicable

・EAD(s) card that have ever been issued if applicable (e.g. through OPT)

・I-797 approval notice(s) that have ever been issued only if you have/had a temporary workerstatus in the U.S.

・birth certificate

・evidence of marriage
