ADK to Settle with 4Kids for
Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York seeking approval for an $8 million settlement between itself and TV Tokyo Corporation, Nihon Ad System, Inc. (NAS), and AsatsuDK, Inc. (ADK).
