①Reflect on your previous reflection goals from the midterm reflection. What are some things that went well, what were some challenging areas. What are some things your learned.

Reflecting on my previous reflection goals from the midterm, I can confirm that I achieved tangible results, particularly in demonstrating "safety, fair play, and respect for others." I consistently respected the rules and practiced fair play in physical activities. Crucially, I felt I was able to show respect for my opponents' play and for the individual abilities of others, which directly relates to the curriculum competency.

On the other hand, my challenging area was "active participation in support activities." Since many of the sports covered in this course were new to me, I often felt unsure about what to do, which limited my contribution to preparation tasks like setting up or taking down equipment. This is the area where I believe I can grow and develop.

Through this learning process, I reaffirmed that there are always winners and losers in sports. I learned that the most important thing, as the assignment suggests, is to be a "gracious winner or loser" and to continue respecting the opponent regardless of the outcome. My goal for the next semester is to improve my participation in these "preparation activities." Specifically, my action plan is to proactively ask the teacher or classmates questions without fear, and volunteer to help to increase my contribution to the team.

②After reading and understanding the curricular competencies provided above, take a moment to think about how they relate to you. Choose some the resonate with you. When ready, write a brief reflective response to the following questions:

Moving into the second part of the reflection, I have identified my core strength as "respect for others". The area where I can grow and develop is "cooperation within the class," specifically concerning the practical elements of the course like equipment management. I realize I need to improve my initiative and participation in these support tasks.

My concrete plan to achieve this goal is to actively seek information. I will start by asking my friends or classmates what specific tasks need to be done for preparation or clean-up.

Crucially, I will then take immediate action based on their guidance, ensuring I am no longer waiting for instructions but proactively contributing to the class environment.

Thank you.
