POSITION TITLE: Analyst Project Management

About job:
-Responsible for the financial model analysis and project management for new store development. This will include data analysis, making presentation, meeting coordination with related section, and schedule control.

Skills:
Minimum of 4 years (ideally 2 of which could be have been with a global company) of experience in a business consulting firm or in a roll of financial analysis and project management for a company whose primary business is investment or retail or real estate or related to those businesses.
Excellent practical knowledge of finance, investment, business model.
Excellent practical skill of analysis through logical and critical thinking, not only financial data but also marketing data/ business process/ property valuation.
Excellent practical project management skill.
Ability to quickly grasp complex situation and/or business issues and explain them in simple terms.
Outstanding presentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Business level English skill preferred.
