i watched to soccer at stadium for the first time in ages

this view saw form my seat

Member were Domestic players only

it was a good game

Result was 3 to 1

the winner in Japan

a Personal MVP was Iceland's 7 players uniform number

it was wonderful Performance Of the throw-in

a return train was really busy

so,i come home by taxi

i got a Novelty

it is Neck warmer

it was chilly

but

it was a Good day

夏の間の力仕事の爪痕が・・・・






こんな結果に

かなり減りました







してやっぱりこんな感じで

5%を下回りエラー表示となりました







がしかし

骨格筋率は維持






単純に脂肪がなくなったようで








腕の筋力がupした感じです








これも引っ越しやらでのおかげかなと






就活は変わらず厳しいですが明るく過ごしてます







楽しく生きてればなんとかなる
