A shelf plate freezer is a product that combines contact freezing and blow drying freezing. Under the dual action of contact freezing and blow drying freezing, food batches are placed and quickly frozen. The equipment has the advantages of short freezing time, safety and hygiene, and good energy-saving effect. It is mainly used for quick freezing of pasta (dumplings, buns), aquatic products (tilapia, hairtail, shrimp, squid), and meat products (chicken feet, chicken wings).
