Lindblad Expeditions plans to re-start cruise journeys with trips to Alaska plus the Galapagos Islands in June.

“Our inner team has expended the last year examining each element of our operation to be prepared to function in the new standard,” said Sven Lindblad, CEO of Lindblad Expeditions. “Led by our resident clinical professional, Dr David Lorber, we have secured the guidance of many health and safety professionals and fulfilled with authorities while in the areas we intend to visit to make certain we will be welcome and meet up with or exceed their expectations.”
National Geographic Endeavour II will offer a 10-day program round the Galapagos archipelago, with the primary departure on four June. Meanwhile, National Geographic Quest and National Geographic Venture will offer seven- and 8-day trips in Alaska, with their initial departures on 5 June and six June.
The cruise line will require all visitors above 16 years of age to be innoculated ahead of travelling onboard. Other medical and safety protocols will include a need for two negative Covid-19 assessments, each day guest temperature checks and Increased sanitation methods.
