The best way I solved this was actually just resetting the entire factory system itself. I reset everything back to default (in hopes of getting the audio fixed as I had tinkered with it in attempts to fix it lol) and it actually worked. Resetting the entire factory system worked like a charm (disclamer: It will delete some apps that were not.. The XPS 17 L702X has the same problem. I actually wan't using MaxxAudio and was just using the drivers from Windows Update when I did my last clean install. The only driver that I installed manually was the nvidia drivers. However after installing 10, it updated all of my drivers, including the realtek audio drivers to include Dell Audio.
