As I found interesting things about Indian vehicle when I went to Delhi due to business trip the other day, I will introduce them in this time.
【Aircraft】
I chose to Indigo which is one of LCC in India. I used it before this time, but I couldn't notice a things the
other day. Once I got on board it, I cared about cabin attendants, since not they have beautiful face and great
proportion but hair-style is the same. Something's funny…rather unnatural. Finally, the mystery has been
solved. All cabin attendants wear wig which is similar to Wakame-chan hair. After arriving in Delhi, I asked
co-workers if it is correct or not. That's true as I thought.
It looks like this.
【Taxi】
In Mumbai, there are mainly two types cab which are general taxi and a three wheeler which is named Auto-rickshaw.
On the other hand, basically only three wheeler run in Delhi, has more various types as compared to Mumbai.
Auto-rickshaw
Bicycle type
Electric golf cart type
Although I wasn't able to see normal cab in this time, recently it's increasing in Delhi because of preventing fall accident.
I use auto-rickshaw all the time because it's easy to catch and cheaper price, but it's dangerous in fact.
As I am used to getting another taxis, I'll do according to situations and feeling.
【Train】
I hesitated to get metro as before, but I tried to take it at last. Besides, it was peak hour in the morning.
Though the space in the train was wider than Japanese and Singaporean ones, crowded level was really terrible.
Pickpocket could happen at any time, but I managed to protect my belongings and me also.
Before I got our destination, passengers started decreasing gradually and then I could realize a interesting sticker about manner in the train.
Let's explain it one by one from left side.
The security camera is operating.
Watch out to a pickpocket.
Mind a gap between train and platform
Smoking is strictly prohibited
Spitting is strictly prohibited
Spitting in the train? Oh my gosh…
But it could happen because both man and woman in India spit during not only walking but driving car and bike.
I see…there's no denying.
Incidentally, the fine is 200 INR (approximately 320yen) and it's way too cheap more than I imagined.
I almost forget to share... Indian metro ticket is the shape of a coin. Coin type feels good, but it is easy to make a mistake in my pocket as money...too complex.
In addition, there is a security zone and I have experienced security check at a subway for the first time. I felt that really doesn't have any meaning as people in charge were lazy.
I would say India is really attractive.
