Merry Christmas!! How your day, guys? Mine was kind of busy... On 24th, I was invited a Christmas party of my friend. We drank wines and ate so many foods!! After we were drunk, we went to the swimming pool!! We went crazy!!! Seriously, I didn't remember what we did in the swimming pool... On 25th, I was invited a Christmas party of my other friend. She asked me to make a chocolate cake, so I made it for her. She invited 7 more people and prepared a Chinese hot pot!! That was very delicious!! After the party, I was invited other party, so I went there @ 10pm ish. We drank red wines, and I got home @ 1am... I'm not sure how I got home... But in the next morning, I was in my bed... Lol Life is mystery...

Hello! How are you doing? It's very warm winter here!! People who live here r very happy about it!! Hope it become too cold winter...

Finally, I could start my rehab on Monday!! It's been 8wks since my tibia (shin bone) was broken... The last week, I saw my doctor to check my healing process, and he said everything went well. I saw my x-ray, and my shin bone hasn't completely healed yet... That's why I asked him how long it took to heal the shin bone usually, and he said 5 months... After seeing my doctor, I saw my prof. to tell my situation. My prof., the athletic trainer of national volleyball in Canada, said we could start my rehab, so we started my rehab on Monday!! I do a cardiovascular exercise, stationary bike, and several muscle strength exercises for my right calf & thigh. I definitely feel my muscle atrophy (muscle weakness). I struggle it everyday... Hope it gets better everyday...

Hey Guys! Finally, I was done with my all exams!! My 1st exam was on 8th of 8th, and my last exam was on 20th of Dec... I had 5 exams within 12 days... I almost went crazy... I did well in the some exams but didn't do well in others. I did my best and couldn't do better than this.

After my all exams, my 3 soccer teams had the games on Mon, Tues, and Wed. I couldn't join them as the player, so I helped them as the Athletic Trainer. I taped their ankles, knees, thigh, or hips. 2 out of 3 teams won the games!! That was good news for me!

I started my rehab on Monday and saw my Athletic Trainer (my prof. Trunzo). He was the fantastic prof. and athletic trainer! I totally respected him!! he knew everything!! I think my knee gets better everyday!!

hello, everyone! Thanks for dropping by my blog! I appreciate that!

Let me introduce myself. I'm Toshi and live in Canada now. I'm a university student in Canada, and my major is Athletic Therapy. I study how to deal with sports injuries (assessment, rehab, and taping & splinting) and how to work out. If you have any questions about work-out or any injuries, don't hesitate 2 ask me!! I'm 27 year-old and have been here for 6 yrs... It's such a long time...

7wks ago, I joined an indoor soccer team with my friends, and we had the 1st game. @ the end of the game, I slidingtackled to the ball and touch it first. But one of my opponents kicked my right shin bone and broke my shin bone... I was brought to the closet hospital and had a surgery 2 days later. My shin bone gets better everyday, but my knee was damaged because my surgeon damaged my knee, so I can't control my knee well... My surgeon said it was gonna take to heal my broken shin bone for 5 months... I can't wait for 5 months to heal my bone w/ nothing, so I decided to take calcium, Vit D & K everyday and do some exercises to stimulate bone growth. I hope what I've been doing helps my bone healing!!

It's 2:15am, so I'm so sleepy now. I'll go 2 bed right away! Nice meeting you guys! Hope u guys come back here!!
Good nite, and have a great day!
