The first day

Today was not good day! Because It was rain when I arrived in Lake Kawaguchi station by highway bus. So bad. I didn't think about rain. I didn't have a rain wear. It was problem for me. What did I do with my bicycle?

I have to do it! I rode my bicycle from Lake Kawaguchi station to horse back riding place, Paddy field. About 40minutes. 

Finally, I did it!

It was hard work. Nobody there. Yes, it rained all day. 

But I had good time with my baddy. His name is smoother. It's funny name. 

I horse back rode for two hours.

Then I had lunch there. Owner Tim gave me a birthday present.

It is this!

Hamburger! It's real American style. It was delicious! But your hamburger is better than it. 

I backed near Lake Kawaguchi station again. 

I needed wiper for my sunglasses. It rained all day. 

Checked in the Hotel. 

Took the Onsen!

Tired.  

See you tomorrow! 

Fish pan cake

I went to fish pan cake shop before went to Costco.
I was the 8th. Every body got small pack. One or two.

Home made fish pan cake.

I got just a fish, today was quickly!

How to make ginger syrup

Ginger syrup is good for cold.
Grind ginger
One cinnamon stick
Four cumins
One red chili pepper
70g brown sugar
200cc water
10g honey
One lemon squeeze

except lemon, 20 minutes warm.
Don't be boil.
20 minutes later, Pass through a strainer.
then add lemon squeeze.
When you drink, about 50cc is better.
with hot water, hot ginger. good for cold.
with soda, ginger ale.
with beer, shandy gaff.
