旨味をテーマとし、日本の豊かな食文化を広めることをコンセプトとしたカフェです。
日本の文化を紹介した数百冊の洋書を備えたライブラリーも魅力の1つです。

The cafe which we designed opens today in shibuya-ku.
The concept of this cafe is rich food culture in Japan.
One charm of this cafe is a library which possesses several hundred foreign books.
All these foreign books introduce Japanese culture.
