Until now we have investigated for world marriage custom.

We realized that there are various wedding styles in the world.
Some of them are that we had not known ever.

Researching about Japanese marriage was a trigger that we looked again our own culture.
And we understood new side that we had not known by investigating for marriage of Britain, one of the accessible countries. Also we understand part of Bhutan, not so an accessible country, by researching about their marriage custom. At any rate, we have understood various things.

However we couldn’t investigate fully.
There are some things that we couldn’t research because of lack of time.
But we want to know more. We want to know our or other culture.

This is the end of group research project. But we will research about it each after this.

That’s all.

Thank you.

At last, I introduce about connection between wedding and Bhutan’s religion.

Recently, it is said that Hinduism is popular by Nepali immigrants, but the main religion in Bhutan is Tibet Buddhism.

I already wrote about Tibet Buddhism wedding (please check before my article, Bhutan’s wedding style ).

Tibet–style is traditional way of ceremony, it is accepted by Bhutan’s royal family.

In Tibet-style-wedding, originally it starts to look for marriage partner candidates by parents. Lately a love marriage is gradually recognized normal, so wedding ceremony is getting simple.

Thank you for reading!

Today I introduce about Bhutan’s wedding place.

In Bhutan, wedding ceremony is not so common custom.

The case of Bhutan, inviting guests their own house is popular, especially among rich people.

And some rent a hall which an army or the police have.

Wedding ceremony was not done at a church or temple, unlike other countries.

By the way, royal wedding was done in castle at Punakha, which is winter city.
